Alon is the CEO of RedDress®.

Prior to co- founding RedDress®, Alon led regulatory QA and medical affairs at Deep Breeze Ltd. for 9 years and Circ MedTech for 7 years. In these roles, he successfully led companies through FDA clearance, CE mark, KFDA, WHO prequalification and over 40 worldwide clinical studies in Europe, USA, Asia and Africa. He was responsible for global implementation of reimbursement programs and strategic design of medical business development programs. In addition, he was involved in contracting global strategic partners such as GE Healthcare. Alon holds a B.Sc.

Neomi brings with her a wealth of experience in the field of clinical-stage biotech and regenerative medicine companies, as well as commercial-stage medical technology companies. Prior to joining RedDress, Neomi held the position of VP Finance at Cheetah Medical, which was acquired by Baxter in 2019, when she remained with the company for an additional 2.5 years to facilitate the integration and M&A activities. At Histogenics Corporation, Neomi was part of the finance leadership team that successfully navigated the company through its initial public offering in 2014. Prior to that, Neomi served as CFO at ProChon Bio-Tech.

Robert is responsible for overall commercial, operational, and financial management.

Robert previously served as Vice President of Global Operations at LABORIE Medical Technologies where he managed all aspects of global operations including manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, technical support and IT. He provided leadership and direction to accelerate growth through focused strategy development and disciplined execution. Prior to joining LABORIE, Robert served as Managing Director of T-DOC® Company, LLC, a leading manufacturer of urology, urogynecology, and anorectal manometry diagnostic products. Robert previously held roles with Anheuser-Bush InBev. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA from Auburn University.

Sharon is an experienced Clinical Team Leader with over a decade of expertise in designing and managing medical device clinical trials. Skilled in protocol development, regulatory compliance, and vendor oversight across international markets. Proven track record in executing pilot, pivotal and post marketing trials from the design through study close out and navigating regulatory submissions, such as IDE. Prior to RedDress Sharon worked as a Clinical Research Associate at MitralCord Ltd.

A performance-driven healthcare executive with a decade of experience in successfully integrating cutting-edge medical devices and technology into global markets. Moshe’s expertise lies in facilitating and expanding medical device access to healthcare markets, optimizing research and development initiatives, and cultivating strategic commercial partnerships for sustained growth. Moshe has led senior management roles in PrePex, Novogate Medical.

Nataly has 10 years experience in Medical Device Start Up companies.

Nataly has experience in establishing, implementing and maintaining a Quality Management system.

Nataly led and prepared regulatory  submission to FDA ,CE and  in variety of countries: Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa, South America (over 30 countries). 

Nataly holds a B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Engineering and MBA in Marketing

Yigal has over 20 years of experience in the field of operations, of which 15 years in medical devices companies.

He brings rich experience in Managing Production, PP&C, Warehouses and Subcontractors.

Successfully works as a part of a widely diverse team as well as independently.
